Te.Co - Territory & Community is an ecosystem of professionals that offers consultancy services for the enhancement, development and promotion of territories through the active participation of the socio-economic fabric and the re-activation of communities.

We deal with strategic planning, territorial promotion, territorial marketing, tourist services, co-planning, communication and promotion, social media management, graphic design, urban planning, project management, ideation of events and fundraising.

Te.Co helps territories, rural areas, countries, as well as entrepreneurs to build a shared strategy of socio-economic development through the re-activation and direct involvement of the community.

Our tools are listening, confrontation and cultural mediation, as well as context analysis and action research, artistic-cultural regeneration, the creation of participatory and sustainable territorial promotion, the activation of processes of community growth and the creation of effective tourist services tailored to the real needs, ambitions and potential of the area. It is aimed at public administrations, local authorities, associations and private entrepreneurs active in the sectors of territorial promotion, local development and tourism.

Te.Co believes that each area has its own specific potential and vocations that need to be blended into an original recipe and calibrated on the territory to enhance them and put them in synergy. To identify and structure this recipe, a virtuous collaboration is needed between the energies of the territory, the community, the stakeholders, the public administration and the external support of professionals who help build an idea of effective and sustainable development to plan a shared strategy by all social parties. In a word, true participation is needed. It is therefore necessary to devise, in accordance with the unique characteristics of the territory and thanks to the use of participatory methodologies, the best strategic planning for socio-economic development, for territorial marketing and communication, for tourism promotion and the creation of services integrated, for the co-design of regenerative socio-cultural processes, the establishment of local networks and the reactivation of communities.
